Has anyone had this happen?

Around 2500 miles or so, and suddenly my gear indicator on my display has started "dancing". It only happens when I'm in second gear, but the numbers start changing by themselves..2,4.6.3, then it will go blank,the numbers won't stay still, then it will go back to 2...just started happening yesterday, any info on this?

Have seen that happen when water gets into the gear position switch. Been wet lately?

I had a somewhat similar problem with the indicator not showing the correct gear or worse showing nothing (and the green neutral light not functioning). This condition lasted a few hundred miles and then everything started working properly. For the last 16,000 miles I've had no problems.

In 5th gear my display randomly changed from 5 to 6 and back.Someone on Vic Salemme's website suggested changing the potentiometer,that fixed the problem.

Ya but did ya adjust your dog-bones on the drive-train???

Don't know,dealer replaced potentiometer under warranty.
