:) it is the knowlegde of 'where-to-find' that would be the hardest problem for most all, but I am sure you will get used to this platform:
PDA Friendly version= You only find this at 'Home' page(upper left part)
'UserCP'= all other places(almost) when you open any 'Forums', 'Files' etc etc, a new 'line will arrive and to outher left hand side at lwr part of this new 'line= 'UserCp'

The PDA friendly version is on the home page. Just click on HOME and then you'll see the link to the PDA friendly version.

I have to continually log-in when I navigate the new site. It looks great but it is driving me crazy trying to use it.
Every page requires me to log-in and it will not allow me to start a thread.

Is it a security issue with my computer? Cookies settings, etc? Or, a site issue?

Having to continually log on seems to point to a problem with the cookies acceptance on your browser and/or firewall software. Zone Alarm (Pro) is notorious to cause problems, just to name one.
