Is it just me or is some of the 'sport' in 'sport touring' lost in the translation to the 1600gt?

But if I wanted a Gold Wing, or a way better LT...I would be first in line.

700 lbs w/out the panniers. If anything, I'm looking to go lighter than the K1200. Wonder if this new one will supercede the K12/13's?

And those who were seen dancing were thought to be insane by those who could not hear the music.

Is it just me or is the GT looking more like a Honda ST?

Even so I still want one. I'm glad they went back to a esthetically good looking reservoiurs for the brake and clutch. The plastic pots on the ones now look terrrible.

The seat position look a lot lower too.

I wish they had one without the silly stupid useless speakers wasting space on the dash so I could have seen what it looks like, I for one was disappointed in the dash, too much emphasis on froo-froo stuff like that radio and speakers.

It also looks like the handle bars will be a bear to change our for those that the factory ones dont fit well.

I am still looking forward to seeing this bike but for now my 13GT is just fine.
