Morning Fall

Although this thread doesn't necessarily belong here, I thought this is where the most folks would get to see it.

I think you'll all get something out of this: Morning Fall

May it not happen to any of you.

What a way to kick off the morning.

This thread should come with a warning, who wants to watch this crap. We all know things like this happen daily we do not need to watch a video about it. Should be deleted, this forum is not for posting rubbish like this.

Chris, that really hits home!

1 That road looks like Lockwood Valley Rd. between Frasier Park and Highway 33 in Ventura County Ca.

2 I once saw what was left of a crotch rocket that had tumbled over many times, from a very high speed. It was sitting straight up on the side of the road, so I assumed the rider had been taken to the hospital and what was left of the bike was worthless so just leave it out there. Many times I think of that sight. The rider could have been in the grass! I should have stopped but I assumed all had been taken care of.

3 I had been riding up to that area many times at night, to visit my brother. He called me one night after I had left to tell me he had hit a 400 lb. Black Bear. Never saw it and he was in a car with high beams on. Air bags deployed, totaled the car! Could'a been me.

4 I love riding the K1200GT, good handling, great brakes, and awesome horsepower, but these things can and do happen every day. It is a risk I have chosen to take. (My kids are grown) All I can do is ride reasonably, keep up good maintenance, (thanks to this forum), and hope My Time Has NOT Come

jim.

Shit. I saw that coming from about a mile away. What a waste of 9 minutes. Now I'm late for work.

Hmmm.. I'm torn on this.... I also think it should have come with a warning...If I had known what was gonna happen at the very end I wouldn't have watched it...

Moved it over here to the Campfire forum. I'm thinking it's
a more appropriate place for it.

My first reaction after reading this was "a bitter an unprovoked attack," but upon further consideration today, I think I agree. Sure, it can happen, but dramatizing it is NOT helpful. Ride safe out there guys.
