It's nice to know that it's not just the US legal system wasting our time and tax money with frivilous cases when there's a huge backlog of real criminal cases to be heard.

As long as you let the dogs use the computer you will be ok.

Maybe the dad in the article can let the judge raise is daughter. It sounds like she doesn't have kids and needs a dose of reality.

Last sentence of the article tells the real story; custody battle. Sounds like the parents had already failed well before the courts got their chance to make things worse.

Garage
Sounds more like mom had the daughter do it.

If it had been in the US I would have figured my son's ex was involved

I wonder if the Judge has something against men???

Forbiding her to go on a class trip is excessive punishment after putting up suggestive photos on the internet??? OH FUCK ME.

In some countries, she would have been stoned to death already.

Whose fault?

It's all you weak parents fault for not nipping this political correctness crap in the bud 15 years ago when it began. You sat on your hands and never said a corrective word while thinking the little vipers could raise themselves without your having to set any limits at all. The brat's daddy and his ex-wife bungled the custody of this little turd, and momma is evidently still getting trying to get even with him after all this time. They're both getting their well-deserved comuppance.
