I read with some trepidation the frequent posts of various K bikes having problems with oil leaks, clutch problems and many other hassles. I am on my 3rd K and have had no problems cepting what may be considered fair wear and tear on some bits. As a matter of fact here on the top side of the planet I can only think of one problem with a K that I know of. That was with an alternator dog. The scrap yards have old K motors they cannot sell cos the damn things do not seem to wear out, 400, 000 k is not unheard of.

Yet there are many posts of K bikes having major problems, mostly they seem to be in the US.

Makes me wonder how many riders are just staying silent and riding with pleasure as I do.

What sort of big trouble free numbers do we have out there?
