Well, it wasn't laying there the whole time. It flew out of the woods and onto the track. Once Tim and John came down the straight, the deer tried to turn back to the woods but slipped up and fell on the track. Tim suffered a few broken ribs, dislocated shoulder and I believe a dislocated finger as well. Just to give you an idea, you're at the top of fourth gear by the time you reach that turn.

Deer Hits

Me in 5th pinned on my YZ400F maybe 70-80mph. Twisted my knee real bad. $35 set of bars and some JB Weld and I was on my way.

Has anyone else experienced one of these moments?

Is that video taken at Summit Point in WV? I had a friend riding that day and he was telling me about it but I hadn't seen the video. That looks very painful!

Yes, I believe it's Summit Point.
