Discretionary Funds
A guy walks out of a BMW dealership. Another guy is standing outside and says, "Hey buddy, I'm trying to get enough money for the co-pay on my wife's upcoming cancer treatment. Could you spare some cash?"
The first guy says, "Now if I give you money, how do I know you're not going to go spend it on BMW accessories instead of on your wife?"
The other guy says, "Well duh! I've GOT money for BMW accessories."
