A couple on holidays visited the Holy city and were discussing the sites with a local. A mention was made of an elderley man who was always at the wailing wall and had been as long as any one could remember
They decided to visit the wall and found the old man as he was just about to leave. The following conversation ensued.
"Excuse me sir. Can I speak to you a moment. How long have you been coming here?"
"I have come to this place for last sixty years young man"
"And what do you do here sir?"
"I pray thats what I do. What you think I do!"
"Sir what do you pray for?"
"I pray for peace. Peace between my people and the Arabs. Peace between all conflicts. Peace so the Arab and Jew can live like the brothers they are>
"And sir, how do you feel about the world situation over the last sixty years. Any change?
"Change! Change! I tell you young man I feel like I have been talking to a fuckin brick wall!"
