Annual road trip on k1200R sport

I picked up a k1200 R sport to keep the miles down on my hp2 and besides a 400 mile day recently this will be my first good ride on it. I'm going from LA to Colorado the long way and then into New Mexico. I like riding out in the middle of nowhere so I'm going up the 395 to the 6 and over to Utah first. Where I'll meet a buddy and head to Colorado which is one of my favorite states to ride in. After some time in CO it's on to New Mexico. I'm in Tonopah now and so far the k1200 is great. Richard

Road trip

So the rain changed the whole trip. It ended up being just under 4,000 miles. The bike worked great but the seat was pretty uncomfortable. What have people done to make the seat better? Richard
