Unfortunately, the only dealers that I have found that do warranty work are in Ft. Worth and one in Plano. Not terribly thrilled with either one of them to be perfectly honest with you. You would think that if you are spending that kind of money with them, they might be a little more attentive and, IMHO, give at least the appearance of a damn. This is based on my experience only, others may have had wonderful service.

Thumbs up Austin is the place to go

I go to Lone Star BMW, Austin and I live in Fort Worth. Great folks, try them you will like the way they do business.

Having just moved to Dallas, I was wondering if more members would like to comment on this particular thread. It would seem that I need a 12K and annual service done on my 04' GT. Finding a new dealer is something I don't take for granted.

Go talk to Merrin at BMW of North Dallas. Tell him Jeff Eagan sent you by. They should charge you double for that. LOL. George, Jonathan, and Ken are some of the best mechanics you can find.
