Niece got ripped off with a scam involving credit card the other day. Phone call from a lady claiming to be at her bank security. Long involved story, and sounds real good. The offender had her credit card number and address. Was ringing to warn her of possible security breaches etcetera, ring back here at security if you have any doubts etc. Bottom line is she was asked for the 3 numbers on the back of the card to prove that she still had the card in her possession. Niece gave them out, then rang the bank security. Too late! $437 already missing.
