Lightbulb Screen Blues


Ive noticed that the Screen on 04 K1200rs seems easily scratched

does any one know where to get a overprint/ transfer , the type thats see thru , just like the adverts on buses

does anyone have any idea where to get one made i quite fancy a matching blue with BMW "prop"

Just about any major sign shop will do it. Signs Plus, Signs Now, etc. (chains around here).

screen scratches

There is an item for sale which polishes out scratches. Car dealers have people come to their yards to do it on a professional basis. I have seen it used on a yacht screen, worked well.

In addition on my previous K I used a mild auto cutter and a slow revving buffer, that did the job. (it is probably all that the professionals use ?)
