to-have or not-to-have

I'm on the market for a pair of sport pannier bags for my K1200S. However, I cannot bring myself around to spend $1000 for these bags. Cosmetically the bags look great, and very functional. I'm just struggeling with the price; its inflated! Does anybody know where I can get the same pannier system at a reasonable price?

thanks, penny pincher!
