Question Server clock off?

Ever since the restart of this website on 3/25/07 the times listed on messages have been several hours ahead of my real time. I've made sure that in options the correct time zone for me is selected and I've deleted the cookies for this site. I don't know what else to try and I'm not sure what else would cause it. Is it possible that host server's time is off?

EDIT - like for example I posted this at 9:59 pm my time but looking at the post it shows in the thread it's stamped 11:59 pm.

With the new time rules the time of the server is currently off my one hour. It would really help if someone could talk to the government and tell them not to change the rules all the time. LOL.

We still have an issue with server time. If you turn DST off in your CP that will compensate for an hour of the difference. We are unaware of a vBulletin patch to correct the DST rules change. When we cross the date where the old DST rules would apply you would need to turn DST compensation back on in your CP. The other hour is a problem in our server time, which we will have corrected soon. It is on our list, but we are still checking off items that came up earlier on the list.

And the problem should now be resolved, including DST adjustments.

As you can see by the fact that you responded to me 1 minute before I posted we have corrected the server time issues.
