1 for each style of road riding, still think I need a naked bike to round out the fleet but the other 1/2 disagrees. Maybe she'd go for a classic Beemer?

The Pencil has his K1200RS, R1150R and K75
I have My K1200RS

We also decided a stealthy black K1 and a VMax were essential to keep things interesting along with a diesel Bobcat 753 for power gardening, snow plow duty and maintaining the neighborhood balance of power.

The Bobcat is easily as much fun as any bike but the vistas are somewhat limited.

Life is good but the weather isn't. Best Holiday wishes to all.

So you have a '74 R90S, wow!

Was this the bike on the cover of Cycle magazine with the question: Is any bike worth $3,000? or something to that effect, then the article went on to say it did everything better than most bikes.

PS post a picture.

well...

1977 CB400f Supersport
1979 CB650
1982 CB750f Supersport
1982 CB900f Supersport
2001 Triumph Daytona
2003 Aprilia Tuono R
2004 K1200RS

The 750 was my first bike, the 400 I bought from the original owner with 10k miles, the 900 I bought for the seat ( long story..) the 650 I adopted out of symapthy ( my 13 year old needed a garage project anyway ) the Daytona is the last of the " good " body style, the Tuono is one of the limited production bikes ( #203 out of 225 ) and the K is my "going places " ride.

It all makes sense to me, at least.
