New K1200S owner

I recently purchased a clean, low mile(3,008 to be exact) 05' K1200S. Had to go to N. Cal. to get it but it was worth it. I've been longing for one of these since I first saw one in 05'. In addition to the common factor options(ESA, ABS, Heated Grips, Hard Bags) it came with the following:

Full Remus exhaust w/PowerCone
Clear turn signal and tail light lenses
Footpeg relocator
Handlebar conversion w/Rizoma bars
Evoluzione race filters
Adjustable brake/clutch levers
Double Bubble & MRA windscreens

Ordered a pair of PitBull stands and Michelin Pilot Road 2CT's. The Metler M1 rear is shot after my ride on Sunday. Looking forward to racking up some more miles with it.
Cheers, Rich

With 3008mi, that bike isn't even broken in! Looks like the previous owner invested in a bunch of goodies to make her look and ride well (a garage queen), but never was much of a dedicated rider only putting 600/year on it. I put that much mileage on in an average three weeks in heart of winter! Best of luck with her.

Even Stig's 14K bike is still in its "toddler stage" of life.

Thanks guys! I've managed to put 600 miles on it and finished off the stock M-1 rear tire in the process. My Pilot Road 2's arrived before the Pitbull stands so I got in contact with tonysrep and he installed the new rear tire on for me . Stands have finally arrived so I can do the front tire done too. Hope it doesn't protest about doing more miles now that I've hit it's annual mileage limit.
