No low beam light or power / High beams ok

OK I gotta Q to throw out to all - no power to low beam or very little - bike off .05 reading on the wire. Bike on low beam on .40 & on high .24 with outer lights. Both outer lights bike off .04 & with low beam on. High outer lights on I get 11.62 - 11.62 with lights on.
All tests were done with the bike engine off as well.

If the switch on low maybe - new bulb in low beam nothing. Switch high is fine
If relay on low maybe. OK on high beams

dead short

Could be a failure in the wiring , but look in a clymers book and see about a hi and low relay or it is the switch . run a new relay system from the wire that feeds the light ,that comes from the swItch to the old relay (if there is one ) from the battery fuse the new line off the battery . RUN NEW ground wire from the battery to the lights and tie it in with the old ground on the front of the bike (brown on my k1200rs). good luck with those electric gremlins they can be a SOB !!!

Not sure if it a HID low beam like on my old K1300GT, but if it is, probably the ballast (and keep an hand on your wallet).

The headlight does not come on unless the engine is running on the 07 GT,
I think this was discussed as typical for all the canbus controlled engines.

the high beams can be on without the engine running
