clutch fluid problem

hi , I have not used my k1200s for around 2 mths or so, so I charged the battery and all was ok until I spotted my clutch fluid had dropped to just under the min line. Is this normal or is there a fault? The bike rides fine so should I just top up with a mineral oil clutch fluid or is there a alternative fault? Any help would be appreciated.
p,s I know leaving a bike stood is not ideal. Thanks.
