What resistance should there be on the rear wheel speed sensor please?

Hiall, can anyone help. Just bought a 2007 K1200S with 25k miles on it and a recon abs module with warranty but on my first ride today the dreaded red brake failure light came on.
Well starting with the simple things before panicking too much, I checked the calipers, pads and stuff, and I found the back brake disc had cut a tiny nick into the rear wheel hub all effect sensor wire. On testing the continuity it showed about 2.8 M ohms which seems dodgy.
Does anyone have a correct continuity reading ?
