Front wheel stand

Wondering what works for getting the front wheel off the ground.. I see the pitbull stand, but pricey. Anyone use the cheap $40 ones on ebay? They look like they would do the trick and I will probably only use it once to get the tire changed out. Thanks

Personally I use my Abba stand and then a jack under the header pipes with a block of wood to distribute the weight.

I would not trust the lifter which costs cheaper than $40.
I have the Pitbull stand and I am very satisfied with it. the $100 are worth
