Glued Ignition Sticks

I have had the Ignition Sticks out of my '08 K 1200 S twice now. Managed to get them out the first time with no damage but just barely. After doing new plugs I coated the rubber with light grease hoping to keep them from seizing in the rocker covers. This last time out was worse with broken edges on the sticks and that's using the purpose built tool to extract them.

I'll have to find a better product to smear on these damn things. I do have what's referred to as "Moly Paste" (Loctite LB 8012). It's a Metal Free anti-seize. Anyone got any better ideas?
