Baffle for Remus Powercone

My 2007 K1200S came with a Remus powercone, without the removable baffle installed. I’m not a fan of the sound. Contacted Remus that said they don’t have any parts for it anymore, due to it being an old part.

Any advise / solution for a generic baffle? Anything that will tame the sound?

Here is a pic of the exhaust I have available. Thanks for any help

The Remus looks pretty good on there. As for your baffle; Nothing about a muffler is complicated. If you shop around and nothing turns up, It's not that big a deal to make something. This stuff is all just sheet-metal work. It can be managed with hand tools (hack-saw, hand-shears, hole-saws in your hand-drill and hand- files). First, go see what the part looks like; either for real or a picture. Then do some measurements, make a paper mockup, use the mockup to make templets lay it out on steel tubing and sheet-metal. If you have to get something assembled, go to a weld shop that has a TIG welder and they can tack it together for you. It's just going to be a tube with specialized ends.
