MadStad Windscreen on K1200

Good day!
A question was raised about my windscreen in the bowels of another thread, so I thought I would start its own.

I run an 18" Dark Tint MadStad windscreen on my K1200S.
The angle of deflection and the height are adjustable to fit the riders anthropomorphic makeup.
This windscreen throws everything up and over me - I'm 5'8, 190lbs.
At the same time, the gap underneath allows air to circulate in the cockpit area.

This is my first sport bike, and, well, I'm a touring guy at heart. I like to go places and see stuff.
This took my K1200 from SPORT/tour to Sport/Tour - again, for me.

does air flow under the shield to cool you ?

tks - i have a 16 K13s and love love love it
I have the 18" - at 5'8", I wish they made a 16" as the 18" sends the wind/rain way over my head, and I think a 16" would look better.
But to address your heat question, I too live in FL - NWFL - and the bottom opening on the shield allows airflow in the cockpit area.

The beauty of MadStad's business model is that if you get and don't like it? They'll take it back within 30 days. Or they'll swap out sizes/colors. Yes, shipping is on you, but that's still a pretty good deal.
