Looks like a baby MV agusta, only better looking.

New 1098R!

WoW. They managed to take MORE weight off.

Looks like they canceled the sport touring line for 2008 also!!

Yep, it does, and I can assure you it's even better "in the flesh". Can't wait to see what the "bigger" versions will look like.

Yep. And insiders say that the engine response has to be tried to be believed. The antispin, on its most aggressive setting (read: for faster people) made NicolÚ Canepa (WSTK champ) shave 6 tenths off his Mugello laptime on the "traction-uncontrolled" setting.

if i had the cash they would both be in my garage. could you imaging what you could do on the 848 on the backroads? the monster looks mean, but i kinda like the old monsters a little better with the simple headlight.
