New Bay Area dealership?

Woo, hoo! Just heard a rumor. A new BMW/KTM dealership going in just a few miles from home.

My biggest hesitation in purchasing my new K1200GT last month was, if major service were required, I'd have to go about 40 miles to the San Jose dealership where I bought it. Mountainview (Calmoto) is even farther. A colleague at work just told me that a new BMW/KTM dealership is going in off of the Airway exit in Livermore.

Rumor still unconfirmed but here's hopin' it's true!

Cal BMW is opening a second location in Livermore. Hopefully they staff it with better folks than they have in Mountain View. I think Lisa Malachowsky may be working at the new shop. She was at SJBMW for a while and she's really good, rides a lot and is customer focused.

....this is basically on topic. The dealership in SF has split off from the bmw car dealership and has set up an independent dealership shop at 6th and Bryant. They opened a couple weeks ago

Anybody know when it opens? Unfortunately, I'll be on travel for a lot of the month (see 800 miles to Seattle thread).
