Red face Wanna buy A Beemer? Cheap? Nigerian Scam in German Dress?

I just had fun with this!

---------------
See you are selling a Beemer (answer to online add) can you tell me more?

---

Hi,
Thanks for your interest, but first of all i want to inform you that the bike is in a great condition, never been involved in accidents, no scratches, no dents and the title is clear and has all the service records.
Now i'm in London, United Kingdom, i moved back home and the bike is here with me.
Our locations will not be a problem because i have a contract with a shipping company which will handle the payment and the shipping to your address, and i paid all their taxes so you will not pay anything more than the price of the bike.

If you are still intersted to buy my bike, let me know and i will explain you the entire procedure, step by step.

Regards!

Yeah, wow, tell me more
-----

Here is the entire procedure with all the steps which we have to do:

A. First you have to send me your shipping information: your name and address: street, number, city, country, zip code.
1. After I receive your shipping info, I will go to shipping company location and leave the bike on your name and with your shipping address as the intended receiver.
2. The shipping company service will check the bike also the legal papers to see that everything is ok with it.

B. You will receive a notification from the shipping company service as a confirmation that the bike is in their custody and also, that the bike has been tested.
1. After that, you will have to send 50% of the entire value of the bike to shipping company service .
2. The shipping company service will verify the transfer, and if everything is in order, they will deliver the bike to your door step in 5-7 working days.
3. After you will receive the bike and you will be completely satisfied with it, you will instruct the shipping company service with your decision and if you will keep it, you will pay the rest of the money to the company.

C. If by any reason, you will not be satisfied with the vehicle, you will return the bike to the shipping company service with no expense.
Also i agree to give 10 days period to inspect bike and if you are not satisfied in it you will be fully refunded within 24 hours.

If you agree my terms please provide me your full name and address for shipping, so I can initiate the transaction through the shipping company service.
After that they will contact you with transaction details, invoice, payment instructions and more information about the shipping company service protection.

Regards!

Sounds like a wonderful deal to me!

Even having their shipping company check it out for free. What a deal!

Why don't you tell them you are Paris Hilton of Beverly Hills, CA and you'll trade a hotel for it. If not, you want their bank account information so you can wire the money to them?

Gawd! When will they take an English class? Like he's home in England.

That's great!

You have to have a look at http://419eater.com/ . They're called Scambaiters and they hassle and harangue the Nigerian money scammers. It's interesting reading about how the scammers operate, and it's hilarious what the baiters do to these guys!

I had one of these a while back and had tons of fun with him. They were trying to sell me an R1200RT with 2,000km. for a mere €8,000 (they sell for over €22,000).

So, first I had to find out more about it - was it the regular version or the turbo. I was pleased to find out from them that it was the turbo version. I have always liked tons of power.

It was then very important for me to know if it came with the "Race package" or the "off road package". It was clear these guys were very bright because they figured that if it came with turbo, then it must have the "Race package". I was giddy with excitement about my potential new toy - a turbo RT with race package, what I have always wanted. But, there was one more question that had to be answered before I could make up my mind and get my new, inexpensive beauty...

...was left or right hand drive? They said Left. That broke the deal - I will need to continue my search :-)

How studid can these guys be.

Hmmmm

Had a similar item from a group who wanted to buy but could only pay by paypal... When I emailed back to to get more detail I was told the gent concerned was an oceanographer out on the job at sea and wanted the purchase as a surprise Xmas gift. The explanation for the paypal lurk was that he did not have access to his bank account but had paypal ..... Yeah I thought the two ran off the same internet as well...

So I went back and (lied) told him that I was an oceanographer in a past life as well and started discussing "sub sea shelf drift and the effect on coastal cold water currents" (from web research) and then asked him what ship he was on... Funnily enough - no reply..

All jokes aside these people are a dead set pain in the patoosh...

This guy is hilarious.....baiting on a grand scale. He even sells T-shirts with pictures of some of his "Victims".....
http://www.ebolamonkeyman.com/

They speak french down there, so I usually reply with something very rude in that language and send them some gay porn....

But talking about scams here, I bought a BMW shop manual on Tradebit a month ago, the payment was for $8.00 or so to an outfit called RealGoldSoft Baku.....well they charged $88.00 to my credit card and apparently they have other scams going too.
So beware.....!http://www.complaintsboard.com/compl...m-c288036.html
