I was insured with them, or I should say through them until last June (Florida). They didn't renew me then offered another underwriter, but the rates were higher than I was able to get elsewhere. Their service was good, and real people answered the phone when you called.
I did have to make a claim (about two weeks AFTER I got the non-renewal notice) that amounted to 4700 bucks! They took care of me without a hitch. Of course it's the underwriter (North American Indemnity) that handled the claim. A lot better service than some of the horror stories I've from others on the board.
I'm with Foremost now, which offered me the same rate I had with a little better coverage (assessors etc.), and road side assistance included. Might check them out too.
