Farkleitis: "Disease resulting from too many farkles"

I think I got it.

Then again, maybe I'm forgetting something else?

Your right you have it. I'd say information overload.

Might explain the need for the Odyssey battery too.

Luckily, the information overload goes black while riding: Walkman goes off. Escort blanks, except when needed as does the aerial radar detector to the phones. Zumo ignored. VIO cam screens go off during recording also. The Autocom takes care of pumping all the stuff I need into the Ultimate Ears UE-11 phones as needed. Only the two detectors take priority over the Walkman. Don't need to look at any of the farkles.

I have Marc Parne's LED thing to add to the Escort 9500ix too. If I want to go Bluetooth, which I can (I forgot the Jabra A120S on the back of the Walkman), I can send all the farkle stuff to the AutoCom inputs and on to the Nolan N103 n-Com II unit via the Autocom's output to the Jabra Bluetooth. Just the Bluetooth sounds so bad I can't take it - nor the damn dead battery in the transmitter or receiver that goes dead while riding which puts me back to hard-wire.

...ugh...need more farkles...BMW is the only bike short of a Wing that has amps I need.

I think I'm ill....

Dude.....I can ALMOST get the over indulgence in most of the toys......but video recorders? And 2 of them? What? Huh? Splain please.

And doesn't the Zumo do the music thing just as well as the Sony?

Crap!

Got to call GadgetGuy and get some more monkey bars added for one.

Robert, the Sony X-Series spanks the Zumo in terms of audio quality, especially since I also wear some Ultimate Ear UE-11 in-ear phones. The Zumo doesn't have the functions like an equalizer, stereo surround, and all that audiophile stuff. I just can't take crappy sound! The Ray Samuel's P-51 Mustang amplifier has a real honest-to-gosh volume knob that I can twist to run everything up and down quickly (with gloves on) without looking and pressing an array of buttons. The Zumo bugs me with all the button pressing - especially in the canyons where eyes go off the road for a bit while trying to sort through them. Zumo should have a big volume "KNOB" for gloved hands and faster operation like the Mix-It amp.

The dual VIO recorders are just to see what's going on behind me since sometimes the rear view looks much better when the sun is directly ahead of me. I was messing with the microphone back near the muffler and got the idea to cram another camera head under the rear rack. Passing Harley's was also factored in the equation which I seem to do a lot as I cannot stand parade-riding at 18-30 mph for 30 minutes. Ugh! More like "Here they are...and there they go!"
I posted some video of the two cams running side by side in the Photography Forum here. I got a laugh out of the guy on the sport bike behind me when he told me later he was going to blast around me on the left but I just shot off and left him. He gave up and fell back in line. I was still in the testing the Power FRK mode and wanted to see if it stumbled like it normally did. Pulls really well now and no more 3200 RPM flat spot since.

Off course, I only did this after both the aerial and ground radar detectors were clean.

....now to find the damn cup holder...

I think you'll find the correct term is Farkaemia.
Farkalitis is inflammation of the Fark!

Best wishes.
