Mojo for my friend

Yesterday morning my riding buddy and his wife were riding in Arkansas . It was foggy and he got nailed on his Wing. His wife was ahead of him and had pulled off the rode to wait out the fog. She didn't see it but heard the car hit him. His right leg was broken in three places and his right arm was broken in a couple of places. He is in his 50's so this is really going to set him back. It totaled the bike and the car, so it must of been bad.

Ride safe
Mick

Wishing your friend a quick and pain-free recovery.

Thanks guys, he comes home Saturday and will be down for awhile. He thinks the bike was knocked out from under him , he went up and then came down. His leather jacket did its job as did the helmet. Arkansas has a no helmet law. He has a big old goose egg on his head. Might have died with out it. I rode with some HD guys and they laughed at my jacket in the heat. A black t shirt won't help folks. I ramble

Get that a lot from riders and non-riders alike. I just tell them:

"I learned a long time ago, it is much easier and less painful to wash off sweat than it is to grow new skin."

Usually ends the conversation.
