Can Am "Spyder" ad

Have ya noticed this Can Am ad (which I am now wondering if they are using the "Spyder" name, I think they just call it the Can Am Roadster?).
Anywho, kind of a funny observation how the announcer says "of all the things you've ever ridden ", and just when he says the word ridden they show the female passenger with kind of a weird glance on her face. Just found it odd and wonder if anyone else picked up on it.
I think they damn things look like a jet ski dry humping a Hoover vacuum cleaner, but probably just me.

Damn that's funny, I almost spit coffee on my monitor. Thanks for the laugh Gilly.

No "Motorcycle License" required in the Province of Quebec to "ride" one of them, now they are all over the place, never seen so many of them than out there.

Lots of motorcycle dealers not too happy about that.

At 57 I'm too young..

I won't shift to 3 wheels until I'm in my 80s. Frankly I'd be embarassed to show up on one.

"I think they damn things look like a jet ski dry humping a Hoover vacuum cleaner, but probably just me." Love it!

Another line I like - "I glanced up in my rear view mirror and I thought I was being chased my a Snowmobile"

"What follows is based on actual occurrences. Although much has been changed for rhetorical purposes, it must be regarded in its essence as fact. However, it should in no way be associated with that great body of factual information relating to orthodox Zen Buddhist practice. It's not very factual on motorcycles, either."

I really like the looks of them. I think they look really cool, but I admit that could be because I'm an old guy! Having said that, I already would expect to be disappointed if I rode one. I have in mind that they would feel heavy and hard to steer compared to a two-wheeler.

If they ever make one that leans into a turn I might consider it. The technology exists and I heard a rumble that Bombardier might be looking at it.

Some places allow you to take the test with them, some don't. California is one that doesn't let you take either the M1 or C licensing test with them.

I saw where Harley Davidson has the patent for that.

If I find it again I will post back here.

Bombadier has filed a patent for a leaning front end too, much like the MP3 has.

I think they look pretty cool. Figure if there are some out there that don't feel safe on two wheels, maybe it will get them out in the wind so they can experience what we do on two wheel. Personally, would rather ride one of those any day of the week than drive a Prius.
