Cost to make K1200 Streetfighter from crashed bike?

The K1200 sport seems like an incredible start point to make a wicked streetfighter.

This is the frame and running gear im looking at building from.
The bike is in very rough condition and honestly i don't know if its viable.

It has broken the bottom ball joint in the duolever front suspension...
Engine supposedly wont turn over and the rear rim is ruined.

The rear wheels mounting system has got me worried.

Should i just walk away?
Or is it worth my time and few thousand to get her running again?

3-5 years ago, I would have definitely walked away. BMW prices are insane but used parts are finally populating the market.

'06 K1200R- in pieces
'73 Honda CB500F- slow but fun.
'77 Yamaha XS 750 triple- kinda
