Looking for an unobtainable BMW part

I acquired a BMW tail bag, but not the straps. None of my straps fit, and in typical BMW fashion I can't even find them on the internet. If anybody has anything like this lying around I'd be happy to buy them from you, or if you have any pointers of where to look I'd appreciate it. Thanks! Dave

Home Depot sells the buckles and nylon webbing by the foot. If you go this route, melt each end of the webbing with a lighter to keep the cord from fraying.

I don't know if there is one by you but REI sell nylon straps and those clip buckles
