Post Tupperware Rubbing On Front Right Radiator Hose

This forum educated me on this known problem, so while the bike is in for a 18K service appt. I requested feedback from the dealer....mine had some scoreing but nothing deep into the rubber. Dealer said BMW will only replace it should it fail.

Have added some self adhesive padding to the inside of the fairing (like they use for pickup beds before you add a camper top), has a mylar coating, so it's somewhat slippery and should not add any resistance.

I had the same thing on my 02 krs dealer fixed it under warranty at about 30,000 miles
