Question 2002 K1200RS Staintune and Ztechnik chip combo?

My current setup is Two Bros C5 with Ztechnik chip.I'm happy with performance and sound, but I'm not impressed with the looks and build quality of C5 can compared to Staintune.I have to say Two Bros headers looks better and has uniformed 38mm outside pipes diameter, compared to Staintune 31-34-38 gradual diameter increase and it has better 4-2-1 configuration.Too bad I can't combine Two Bros headers and Staintune muffler. That would be my ideal choice.I would like to know if somebody has Staintune / Ztechnik chip combo before I install Staintune instead of Two Bros on my bike.

I have the same twobros and chip setup on my 02 RS. I like the look and sound and haven't had any build issues with the can. The system has been on the bike for 4 years and 35000 miles without a problem, and only one repack on the can.

I would suggest you take a look at jet hot coating on your headers. I did mine and gained substantial mid range power plus the system looks a lot better. You can go to the jet hot website for more information. http://www.jet-hot.com/
