Wink I need Help on this one

I put this one back for later and then " bang " the site went south ( I-BMW ).
I would like info on how is this done. ( the tip on the pipe )

Hey, that's my tail.

You really want to know how I did it? Well I was really bored last winter.

1. Hand rub with coarse grit metal sand paper, then switch to emory cloth as the paint comes off.
2. Dremel - 1st with a metal sanding wheel, then finish with a cloth buffing pad using metal polish.
3. Buff to a mirror shine using the Dremel with buffing wheel and Novus #3 polish.

Yeah, those were some long rainy winter nights.
