Transmission Drain Plug

Could someone tell me the size and type of wrench for removing the transmission drain plug? Thanks

14 mm allen wrench or socket equivalent.

Autozone has a 3 pack of hex allen sockets including that one for less than $ 10.

socket version

If you want the socket version, then you can probably order one from a SnapOn dealer/truck/website. I got this socket for about $14 from a local machine/tooling shop.
I like the socket version better since you can get the correct torque applied, something like 40Nm.

Smile Transmission drain plug easy fix

Try this!Any electrical supplier has it.It is SAE size not Metric and it fits in a plug better then metric 14mm.Cheap too.
