k1200gt

My 2004 k1200gt occassionaly puts out blue smoke for +/- 30 seconds when I start the engine. I'm told this is normal. Anyone know why and is it normal?

Yes very normal. Do a search for why.

Sierra Cement: Good for skis, bad for knees.

smoke

If you keep the bike on the center stand and not on the side stand it stop smoking. Its because oil stay in the heads on the side stand.
