Tuning with stock exhaust

I get a few ( minor ) vibes off this KRS between 4-5K which I am guessing is the emissions test hole. Thinking about a tune up but I would prefer to keep the stock exhaust. ( Our friends with the blue lights and sirens are quite keen here. )

Thinking about changing the chip in the ECU but not sure to which one.

My '04KRS has a slight vibration between 4,700-4,900rpm with the stock exhaust. It's one of those "They all do that" things.
