Parabellum Windscreen?

Anyone everyone use a Parabellum windscreen for a K12RS? Looking at buying one but would like to know if they work to block the wind and increase riding comfort?

I have ridden my buddie's '04 GT with the Parabellum and it worked quite well. Seat in upper position, I am 6' with a 33" inseam. I am used to the Aeroflow on my RS, but found that his Parabellum was very comfortable, as did my wife on pillion. We did back roads and freeways, as well as a little rain, it worked quite well. I prefer the mounting of the Aeroflow on the older RS, but his looks unobtrusive on his bike. If you are like many, you will likely want bar-backs once you remove the wind and add weight on your wrists.

Or leave it all alone. Honest, guys, RS stands for "Renn Sport" (literally "racing sport"). If you want to sit up and not let the breezes support you, get a GT. Bar-backs will deaden the steering and generally [expletive deleted] up the bike's handling. Honest.

I ride my RS year 'round, parking in the winter only when ice (and serious rain) are an issue. In the summer, I'm glad for all the wind I can get, in the winter, let's hear it for a heated jacket liner. And all of this is with the stock windshield in the down position. (For the record, I'm 6'1" and 34" inseam)

Not all who wander are lost. Which still leaves room for more than a few lost wanderers...
