Changing Brake Lines

I'm in the process of changing my brake lines out to the SS Speiglers from the Pirate.
I found this three way connection block on the back side of the right fork tube.
How the hell do I get the old lines out of there?
PB Blaster and ViceGrips?
Also, what about the filler adapter on the right front caliper? Leave it?
I left it in last time I bled the brakes and installed a speed bleeder instead of a grub screw.

Ok, I get the 'Big Dummy Award'

The brake line kit came with a new distribution block. Doah!

This changes everything!
