What is this supposed to be a picture of?

CDC, huh?

I have released the main fuel hose -from- the fuel tank on my 09 K1300GT and I haven't ripped any further into the fuel system.

*** edit: the bend coming directly out of the in-tank fuel pump. between meself and someone previous got a nice leak working . Jesus H Christ, what a pia to remove all the bits and pieces and not let something (trashy bits) move toward the injector rail.

If they are plastic, they are stock. (They look plastic, but hard to tell in the photo) BMW has a recall on the OEM plastic ones. But I think they only replace one end, if I'm not mistaken. Many here would advise replacing both ends with metal parts.
