Unused Connector Under Seat

Hi all,

I stripped down the old girl yesterday to permanently wire the garmin and cell phone mounts to a fuse block. Before I start tapping into a switched power source, would someone tell me what the unused plug located on the left side under the seat is used for and how it is wired?

I removed the built in K40 radar detector if anyone is interested. Due to hearing loss I could not hear it and the warning lights were too much of a distraction. Honest officer I didn't see the stopped car, I was busy staring at my radar detector!
