Question paint code/color

Does anyone know what the RED paint color #733 on a 2000 K1200RS is called? I have been told both Piedmont Red and Marakesh Red. I am looking to order touch-up paint and want to make sure I get the right one.
Thanks!

call your dealer

#733 is Marakesh Red

ONON-
Mark

BTW - BMW didn't use Peidmont Red in 2000, but I don't expect anyone to know that - not sure why I even know!

Paint code decoding source

Here's a great website that has most paint codes for BMW motorcycles. Just a note, the paint code located under the seat is really a "scheme" code, that specifies the system that was used (i.e. base color, topcoat, trim, etc.). This number needs to be decoded to determine the actual paint code for each component of the scheme.

Sierra Cement: Good for skis, bad for knees.
