Having a brain fart

Somebody help me... on an 04 K1200GT....what side of the front wheel is the abs sensor? left or right?

It's on the left side on my '03. Should be the same on your '04.

If you have ready access to the bike, look at the fork tubes - the ABS sensor's mount is a cast part of the tube.

Thanks guys. I had worked into the wee hours of the morning removing my wheels so I could take them into the shop and get my new Conti Road Attacks installed. I was positive that I remembered the ABS sensor being on the left side, but after the guy at the shop replaced the front tire it was backwards. He said that he put the new tire on in the same direction as the old one and he questioned if the abs ring should really be on the left. I ended up calling the closest BMW shop I could find and they verified that it should be on the left. So either my front tire was installed backwards straight from the factory, or the guy that installed my tires just made a mistake. He had me second guessing myself.
