K1200RS Decal

Well it finally happened. Dropped the Big K taking a U turn too sharp at too slow a speed. Broke the foot shift lever, damaged the tupperware, and chewed up the passenger peg. Talk about pissed and cursing like a sailor. I have an 03 RS Zebra. Does anyone know if the decal on the bottom of the tupperware can be replaced? If so any idea where to purchase it?

I don't know if if the decal is removeable/replaceable, but I have an '03 Zebra too, and I'd be interesting in hearing if you were able to replace it. Just in case, ya know...

Here's one place to get the decal:
http://www.maxbmwmotorcycles.com/fic...p?mospid=47830
Click on Vehicle Trim / Painted Parts. Then click on the top-right image labelled "sticker", it shows all the decals. The "K1200RS" decal appears to be about $50.

You can pick up these decals in pairs about $90 or so from dealer, had two put on my bike.

Sorry to read about the damage. I read about getting the K1200RS decal and saw the post by 03K12 who has a capri blue modle and put the sticker on his bike. I went to the MAX BMW site and saw only black available. I'm wondering where he got the gray stickers. I have a 04 red K figure that black would be the way to go. Also were can I get a n idea of where to exactly place the decal. Are there any photos to use as a guide ? Thanks in advance. I always liked the look of the k1200rs sticker on the blue and white K. I just never thought about doing it to my red K. I think it will match the black belly pan, black bags and black hand / wind guards. What do you think?

Looking at the Max BMW online fiche, the sticker color is noted as: "BLACK/SI/WS", and unless I'm mistaken, those are the colors that the sticker is comprised of.

White "K", silver "1200RS", and black shadowing of the font.

There doesn't seem to be multiple color schemes for that decal. (if I'm mistaken, someone please speak up)

Carnadero, you are correct sir! Colors identify those as part of decal (same as one on my bike).
