Son has the big 49 liter BMW case on his GT. Just got mine but need a top case. Are there aftermarket alternatives for a hard case???

GIVI seems to be the most popular option besides BMW or soft cases. I use the Chicane Dune Duffel soft top case, but there are other choices.

Sierra Cement: Good for skis, bad for knees.

R Jays top case

R-Jays in Australia sell a line of hard top cases that have universal mountings. Chase up your local non-BMW shop and they may carry them or can get them for you.

Givi, but James Sherlock sells Kappa which are virtually idententical and fit the Givi support rack. I've got the Mono type. They do a moulded backrest to suit as well.

+1 for the Givi. I've got the V46 and think it looks great on the bike. I leave it on all the time and only use my side cases when I'm packing heavy.
