Question Brake Fluid Change

Anybody done a brake fluid change on the servo brake system? What was the level of difficulty? Does it require any special tools? What tools did you use?

Thanks!

There is a great article here by Gary Hollinger for the first generation bikes, but I'm not sure how much of this if any, is transferable to the new gen?

Appreciate any help or guidance available.

Well, I reckon so. Be sure to take pix and do a write up. I'll make you world famous and fabulously wealthy by adding it to the HoW.

I ended up having mine done last year in Montreal at Moto Internationale when I was having my valve clearances checked. I would not trust the local dealer.

The "servo" style system uses multiple brake fluid systems mechanically interconnected. It requires the bleeding of at least 3 separate systems. I would not attempt it without a very clearly presented procedure.

The later systems should not be too difficult.
