Well....it works, that's for sure.
If I were riding anything other bike I woud be interstate fodder. Man I love this bike. Here's how it went down: Sweeping, 180 degree climbing right hand on-ramp to the interstate. I'm leaned way over and rolling on throttle as I start to right up the bike, doing about 70 now, just ready to get on the highway. There's no traffic so, still leaned over, I start to "slide" from the on ramp into the right lane.
Now, if I were upright, probably would have never noticed, but leaned way over that little ramp/lip between the on ramp and right lane was, well, VERY noticeable.
I went over that...that mountain in the road and the handle bars wobbled back and forth about 4 time then stopped. I tracked straight the entire time mind you, felt like they were in cold honey. Can you say tank slap? Wow, I woulda been a goner. Took less than a second and everything stopped while I felt/watched those bars go wobble wobble wobble. That was the only thing happening on the entire planet right then, everything else came to a screeching halt while I watched that, thought about my fate, praised my bike, made a chores list for the new house and a short grocery list and figured out what I wanted for dinner. When the world started spinning again, for a split second I could figure out why I wasn't accelerating - had it pinned at the limiter in 2nd gear, whoops. A quick flick of the foot and I'm off again in 3rd.
Man I love this bike.
