Wiring Touratech CanBus helper

Does it make any real difference if I use the running light or the red/white lead from the GPS power plug?

And those who were seen dancing were thought to be insane by those who could not hear the music.

Only if you don't mind if the accessories and fuse block stay on awhile after you shut down.

Thanks for the reply. The only thing I can think of that could cause a problem is if my electric vest continued to draw after turning off the key. Can't imagine this would seriously drain the battery considering the short time till full shutdown. No?

And you'll find the stock BMW gel battery to be a POS after a year or two. Odyssey baby!
